What is SPARK by Scout?

SPARK is first and foremost a hub for innovative business leaders who are transforming the way they work. It’s an opportunity of distinction unlike any other with 2 full days of curated learning, networking and training at San Francisco’s iconic Pier 27. At SPARK, you can reunite with your peers, make new connections, learn from each other, and truly celebrate Sourcing.

Where and when is SPARK 2020?

SPARK 2020 will take place at Pier 27, The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94111 on Monday, February 24, 2020 and Tuesday, February 25, 2020.

Will meals be provided at SPARK?

Breakfast, snacks, lunch and refreshments will be provided during both event days for all conference attendees.

What is the suggested conference attire?

Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to SPARK.

Is there a shuttle service to Pier 27?

Yes, there will be a shuttle service from Downtown San Francisco. Please stay tuned for more information.

How do I register?

You can register via our registration page.

How much does SPARK cost?

The registration fee for SPARK is dependent on how early you register for SPARK. The full attendee pass value is $795, which includes: general keynotes, breakout sessions, meals, and our welcome reception.

How do I contact the SPARK 2020 Registration team?

I have a promo code! How do I apply it to my registration?

Please visit the registration page and fill out the registration form, as you continue to fill out the form you will be prompted to enter your registration code - enter the code into the promo code field and hit “enter.” The discounted total will be reflected in the payment section.

I received a promo code, but I’m already registered. Can I apply this code to my registration?

What is the payment policy?

Via Stripe, SPARK accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

What is the cancellation policy?

All requests for refunds/cancellations must be received in writing via email to sparkteam@scoutrfp.com. A full refund will be issued if the request is received before January 24, 2020. No refunds will be granted after that date. We reserve the right to decline registration, before or during SPARK.

Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is exclusive to the responsibility of the registrant.

What is your substitution policy?

Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge but must be made in writing via email from the registered attendee requesting the substitution (including the substitute registrants full name, title and email address) to sparkteam@scoutrfp.com

What is the weather like in San Francisco in February?

The weather in San Francisco in February can range from a low of 48 degrees to a high of 61. Please be sure to pack layers and refer to weather.com

Which airports are closest to San Francisco?

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, a 40-minute BART ride or 25-minute drive to/from downtown. Alternatively, the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 35-minute drive via the Bay Bridge and is also accessible by BART.
